2. Non-Transferability of Fees

2.1. Fees paid are specific to the registered account or transaction. These cannot be transferred to another individual or account, irrespective of the reason.

3. Exceptions to Refund Policy

3.1. Technical Issues: If a payment error occurs due to a technical fault on our website (e.g., double deduction or incomplete transaction), you may be eligible for a refund. Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date, along with proof of payment.
3.2. Service Non-Delivery: In rare cases where the service paid for is not delivered due to unforeseen technical issues on our end, the user may contact our support team for resolution. Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1. By proceeding with payment on our platform, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the limitations of our job portal.

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1. Any disputes regarding payments or refunds must be brought to our attention via email at tamilnaduprivateteachers@gmail.com within 7 days of the issue arising.
5.2. Our team will review and respond to all disputes within 7 business days. Decisions made by Tamil Nadu Private Teachers Forum regarding refunds will be final and binding

once the request is raised the amount will be credited in 5 to 7 business days

6.1. Tamil Nadu Private Teachers Forum reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be effective immediately upon publication on the website. Users are encouraged to review the Refund Policy periodically.
